Project Description
The OMELCOM Optical Termination or Branch Outlet (OTBO) can be either used as :
- A FTTH network termination point, constituting the physical and legal separation between the operator’s network and the customer’s living unit
- A FTTH branch point for dual-dwelling units sharing the same SpeedNet duct for the incoming network cable
The double usage is made possible by changing the position of the LC/APC coupler to enable or avoid its accessibility once the outlet is closed.
